AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION COURSES
Student experiences in agricultural education begin in the classroom - and that's why agricultural education courses become important tools for a student's success. In agricultural education courses, students learn hands-on and career-based content that relates to various areas of agriculture, food, and natural resources (AFNR).

The Carroll High School Agricultural Education Department currently offers nine courses for students to choose from. For more information, click on the course title to navigate to that course's webpage. If you are interested in joining an agricultural education course, please contact Mr. Eischeid or the guidance office.

AGRICULTURAL CAREER PATHWAYS
Agricultural education courses at Carroll High School are sequenced and aligned with the Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources (AFNR) Career Cluster. In this career cluster, there are seven pathways: Agribusiness, Animal Systems, Environmental Services, Food Products & Processing, Plant Systems, Natural Resources, and Power, Structural & Technical Systems.
Students have the opportunity to customize their experiences in high school agricultural education classes to select a pathway that they are interested in. Examples of these sequences can be found here.
If you have any questions about course sequences or ANFR Career Pathways, please contact Mr. Eischeid.
